It’s a quiet area among neighbors everyone is respectful. However management is not! Being a first apartment for me and my significant other has been difficult for us. We reached out about bills being confused among another resident. As well they don’t care for the residents who pay rent about their parking. Non residents park their vehicles in slots that paying residents should be able to park but cannot due to others(NON residents). I sent email regarding if we could address the issue and no email back but they do send emails about handicap parking so sounds as if they do not want to address the issue.

People are always commenting when they are upset and it seems like the ones that are having a good experience don’t comment as much. I am a happy resident of Eagle Ranch. Nothing is perfect but when things pop up I am so thankful that the staff here always makes me feel at ease. My issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. I love my apartment and I am definitely going to stay for a long time.

I am posting for anyone thinking about moving to Eagle Ranch Apartments this apartment complex does not seem to care about people with disabilities handicap parking spots are always filled with cars that are not handicapped. They do not address the issue. Also there is power outages during the hot months which can be dangerous for young kids. Also someone seemed to think it was a great to steal something on my car. Oh and maintenance is not very helpful. Took me almost half a year to get a carport or garage close to my apartment. So no don’t live here if you have a family.

I decided that I wanted to leave a review today, based on what happened to me and how the staff in the office handled it. I had an issue with billing and went in and talked to the manager. It was a very complicated situation, but I can tell you this, they helped out so much. The manager personally called the company I was dealing with and we got it all resolved. It was a very frustrating situation for me, and I did loose my cool a little bit, but she stayed very calm which calmed me down, and we got everything figured out and fixed. Which I am so thankful for. I have lived here since last year, and I have never had many problems at all. And when I do, they fix it on time, every time. The maintenance people are wonderful, so kind and hard working. They NEVER take a day off, they are always there to help as much as they can. SO, thank you to the staff who works here and thank you for always helping me when I need it. If we weren't moving to another state, we would definitely continue living here!
