I enjoy the location and overall setup of the apartments. Maintenance is usually very attentive to service issues and it's overall pleasant to live here. My only gripe recently is the constant inspections. It started as simply annual inspections, but at this point, it seems like they look for almost any reason at all to invite themselves into your apartment. I'm ok with seldom checks, but I'm starting to feel like it's an invasion of privacy.

Lived here for about a year now, and I really like it. Management is really nice, the inevitable noise issues seem to get taken care of, people are pretty chill. If you want to rent an apartment close to KAFB/SNL, it really doesn't get any better. Especially if you want a garage(quite important in ABQ). I also really like the 1-bedroom layout as well. Many other small apartment layouts I've seen chop up the space too much, or rooms are narrow, or with awkward angles, but the layout here is quite open and usable. Air Conditioners are getting a little old, but work good enough. Honestly I don't think I'm cut out for this climate; I like it *cold*. A/C can manage 73-74F reliably, lower floor, through the summer. No idea what the heater's like; I've never used it. Top floor may get hotter, but that's the price you pay for not having someone stomping on your ceiling :) Neighborhood is great, nice park/neighborhood to the East, a condo complex and KAFB to the West, business park and then nothing to the South, and Costco to the North. Far enough away from Central Ave. to be fairly safe. Rent is pretty reasonable. It's nothing fancy, but, all factors considered, I think it's a great deal. I should probably get back to work lol

I lived there 3 years loved it till Renee became manager. She allowed minors to rent under parents name. Her niece was a resident she dealt drugs out of her apartment police were called several times nothing was done. My mom and myself got jumped by 5 of the minors (managers )niece and friends . Was told to deal with it till she moved. Then I got a disorderly conduct charge. Yet nothing happend to the girls that jumped us. It's a terrible place to live. Maintenance walks around doing nothing apartments are full of mold and roaches.

Nothing but good things to say about Mirabella. Well kept. Nice inside and outside of the property. Maintenance is always working on completing w/o. The staff is helpful. Good thing too is that you have a nice park across the street and Costco is literally 5min walk. Close to all major stores. If you want to live in a quiet property and well kept then check this place out.
