Union 505 Apartments

Union 505 is a nice little community. The outside area is pretty and there are plenty of activities to do. The dog park while small is also a cool little area that most apartments don't have. It's very dog friendly, most people here have dogs, but there are lots of cats as well. The people are all nice, management is nice and take any issues you have into consideration and gets it solved as soon as possible.

Moldy, gross, we lived on the second floor and from day one told them it felt like we were falling through the floor. Everytime we used the garbage disposal we got electrocuted. The floor was wobbly and scary. The bathroom was falling apart with black mold and roaches and ants everywhere. We rented during covid and werent shown the apt first. Then we weret old they would fix the things thay were wrong. They only put caulking over mold. dont move here. Its horrible.

The community is not secure, even though i was told verbally that the gate closes every night at sunset and reopens at sunrise, and is stated the same in my lease. The gate has not closed in my year at Union 505. Drug use is rampant, my wife's car was broken into and dogs are constantly left off leash in common areas, left to deficate without being cleaned up after. I watched someone (resident or guest I don't know) drop a firearm out of the waistband of their basketball shorts while walking on the sidewalk right outside my apartment. I do not feel safe here.

While living in a completely different state, I was hired to work in New Mexico and needed to find an apartment as soon as possible. I found Union 505 apartments and they were gracious enough to give me a virtual tour from over 400 miles away. Kendall was so accommodating. He took me around the entire apartment complex and answered all the questions I had (and I had many). He was easy to talk to and ended up finding me the perfect loft. While the job didn't end up working out and moving was no longer an option, I'm still grateful for the level of patience, attentiveness, and overall customer service Kendall provided
