The last time I was there, two people were shooting up drugs near a dryer. It's crowded, there aren't enough baskets. The attendants are never there. I tried wash and fold, but the attendants mixed up my laundry with someone else's at least twice. Some of my clothes were missing and I had someone else's pants. I let the staff know, and they didn't seem to care. It is not easy to communicate with them. This laundry mat is the only one near me and I have to drive all the way across town to avoid doing laundry there.

From one week to the next, prices were increased. The dryers used to be 2 mins longer for a quarter, 6 mins doesn't even get the dryers hot. Very sad, the staff pretend like they don't understand English, when there are problems with machines...GOOD LUCK. With the staff being so, lazy which is always, they put the quarter machines are OUT OF ORDER, so they don't have to empty the washers or dryers to recycle quarters. Prices increased, lazy staff, dryers not hot...but increased prices, SAD!!! I've also watched the customers unload their personal trash in the dumpster, is this place a DUMP for trash or a laundry? 🤮

I would not recommend reporting any issues because the attendants don’t speak english well. I was using the dryer, and the time stopped working when I was adding quarters. I explained it to the attendant and I even demonstrated it for her 5 times. She said it’s working fine and she puts her hand on the dryer and says it’s hot. I explained to her that I am not telling her that it’s not hot. I explained to her over and over again and demonstrated for her because she was very ignorant by that point. I explained to her it’s 5 quarters. No problem. It’s not worth it. I asked to speak to her manager and they don’t have one. So I wouldn’t recommend this place. The attendant walked away from me, and she would not help. She said she is busy and has stuff to do. I don’t know if it is because she lacks english communication. I explained to her that she has bad customer service, we all have jobs, we all have things that we have to do. There is no customer service here. And the attendants lack english communication. Update : I move my clothes to a different dryer once the dryer I’m using runs out of time. I switch to a different one. The attendant puts the clothes she has washing in to the same dryer, she puts quarters in, and even she is having trouble with the dryer adding time. 🙄 She stands there pushing on the buttons, putting quarters in, and pushing the buttons harder.

Very clean location! There is a cleaning staff that continuously cleans the floor and machines. There is an ATM and change maker on site, as well as seats while you wait. I went during the day and it wasn’t too packed and found machines immediately. The washers lock while in use and there is plenty of parking. There’s a sign for laundry drop off services but I did not use this service so I can’t say how it is. There is also a sign say ‘free dry with wash only’ but no instructions on how to get the free dry, so I just went ahead and paid for my dry. There’s also TVs on site for while you wait.
