Very poor experience here and horrible patient care. I met with Sienna May to discuss my ADHD medication and she rudely dismissed me 15 minutes into the appointment because I had some questions. I felt very attacked at the end of my appointment. There was an unwillingness to explain and communicate with me throughout the process - which is consistent with the overall communication I felt at Uptown Psych in general.

I went here to restart a prescription I had been on. The doctor told me I wasn’t mentally fit for my line of work (work I’ve been doing for years and have continued to successfully do a year after he said that). Completely egregious and unprofessional.

Made appointment which was switched several times. When I showed up at scheduled time and date, was told I was mistaken. I then showed email confirmation and was told to wait. They set up an e conference for me. After explaining the problem, was told they were unable to assist me. That could and should have been done when making the appointment. If I had a condition that required treatment, perhaps it would have been better.
