Arrived 10 minutes early for paperwork and screening. Extremely rude staff kept me waiting for nearly 30 minutes and refused to pay for additional downtown Chicago parking. Think long and hard as there are several other client friendly study sites.

For me, they reimbursed my round trip RTA train and CTA bus expenses for my first screening visit. There was no charge for the lab tests, etc. I think they pay you for each subsequent study visit once accepted into a study after screening results are known.
Yes...but if you're looking to join a study it's better to call. They're super helpful and nice
