I’ve been coming for a long time. Just like any other restaurant it’s a hit or Miss but this last time was it for me. I called and placed a ordered and said please can I have a good piece of chicken this time because last time it was dry. The girl laughed at me and said OK! When me and my husband arrived she said oh I never placed her order come back in 30 minutes. We went to the market came back in 35 minutes she also said again I need to re-order it wait 25min crazy after all of that we still got the food. All I can say was it was really really BAD oxtail and jerk chicken!!!!! The refrigerator with the cheesecake must be broken I purchase a sweet potato cheesecake and it was sour I believe they know and didn’t say anything after spending about five dollars for a slice!!! SMDH .

The food was horrible! Fish was cooked way before I ordered it! It was rubbery and very salty! Cabbage was hot as if hot peppers were cooked in it! I called the store and asked them not to serve that food to anyone else and the rice was very dry! Worse food I ever had, could not eat two forks full.. Mouth was burning from the hot peppers...

The food is aight but you’re not going to get traditional tasting food like you would in Jamaica. Still I go and I like the food. My stars are more about customer service. I just don’t get why they are so rude all the time like damn sis can I get a “hello how are you, may I help you today?” I went there the other day after not going for a couple of months and everybody just ignored me standing there like I didn’t exist. I stood there for 15 MINUTES! Then I walked out, did an online order on Google, and waited in my car until it was done. Walked back in and still no hello. Just asked me my name (yelled from the kitchen area) then passed me my food and walked away. At some point the food ain’t gon be enough to keep me going cuz baby it ain’t even for all that anyway 🤷🏾‍♀️ do better.
