I visited the Branch in Cherry Hill , NJ for the first time. I was very satisfied with the service. I had several issues needing resolution and each one was handled with care and efficiently. I had been with NFCU since 2006 and this would be the first time I actually use the bank . I wished that I was not so far from it.

I’ve banked with this bank since 2006 and I have to say recently I’ve received the worst service from this branch. Ross and Myriah (I think that’s how you spell her name) refused to help me with my issue. You will not be able to access your money with this bank if you are ever in situation where someone has stolen your ID/bank cards. They will tell you to find someone to transfer your money to. That’s their solution. They will leave you out to dry. Do not bank with this bank and save yourself a headache by not visiting this branch. Those people will not help you. Update: What they couldn’t do at the branch was taken care of by NFCU over the phone. I was able to access my account by the end of our call so it’s a branch problem.

Teller stated that I could not get a cashiers check from an account I have without talking to my wife I am 69 years old and the account is in both our names After talking to a manager I was issued a check Very disappointed with NFCU I will soon find another bank to do business with
