Millbrook DMV is the only place to go!

These women who work at this DMV should all be fired, especially the troll who wears the cat pendant necklace. SHE NEVER SUBMITTED MY VOTER REGISTRATION THAT I HAD TO COMPLETE ON PAPER BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN. I am now unable to vote. She was the most unfriendly clerk I have ever encountered and GAVE ME THE WRONG LICENSE PLATES WHERE HER BOSS HAD TO CALL ME TO COME BACK TO GET THE CORRECT PLATES. FIRE HER!!

Much better and easier experience than Poughkeepsie. Also more friendly staff

You can do it online through the DMV's website. That's how I scheduled my son's appointment.
Depends on the type of license . Regular or enhanced or commercial ...check their website.
Not sure, best to call. They are very helpful
You can but you probably have to make an appointment. They have to take your picture. U can find out and make appointment at www.gov.dmv
I believe it's just a dollar fee for returning plates.
Yes, make a reservation to get in at your time slot or you can show up without and wait, it's first come first served after the people with reservations go first. Either way you still have to wait your turn, there's only 2 or 3 ladies processing these transactions all day, they need a break too!
Yes when they are open
First with your previous post office. For DMV , they have a form you complete at your local DMV
This DMV does not inspect vehicles.
Go on line to dmv.ny.gov. Then click on MyDMV and follow the instructions. There is a fee to download a PDF and you must have a NYS license.
Do it online with a credit card. The line in Millbrook usually goes out the door!
Cant say i would know that. I would have to say request the time frame of when you wanted it through the dmv. Regardless of the state you should atleast be able too.
You will need to bring proof that you are his administrator. Power of attorney and I assume a death certificate as well. You'll request a duplicate title. The cost is $20.00 for a duplicate title and take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Hope this helped. Sorry to assist under the circumstances. May he rest in peace.
If they are under 18 yes
I believe it needs to be done in-house as they retake your picture. Also the enhanced drivers license can only be done at the office; you need 12 points of I.D, all of which need to be brought with you as proof.
