We are very pleased with the service from Joe Samples. Jason, and the well drilling crew were professional and gave us a beautiful well. Brian and his crew installed a beautiful pump and pressure tank and handled the connection to the house. Once we were ready to go, he was there within 1 day and completed the project in 1 day. The girls in the office are always professional and kind and the phone is always answered. We are so happy we chose Joe Samples! Replaced a residential water tank that had gone bad and was causing a well pump to cycle on and off repeatedly with water use. Showed up the same day I called with the new Flexcon tank already stocked on the truck. The tank they use is top of the line and better than what is available at local home improvement stores but very reasonably priced, as was the labor. Employees were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend and would use again.
