Agree with appointments running a bit behind but not always. This can happen in any office. Probably taking care of someone who normally has a 15 minute visit but needs about 45 minutes due to complications, such as myself. Dr Chennu & her staff are amazing, very knowledgeable, very to the point & no nonsense. I highly recommend this practice. Be patient, bring a book or your phone..it's worth having one of the best in Fort Worth

Be careful. No one speaks to anyone and they allow my husband to run out of meds. Please find a good neurologist. He was supposed to do a televisit. They sent him the wrong link said they don't use Healow App. Then why send that?? All Dr Chahil does is write scripts. No diagnostics. Just script writing.

03/25/22 received statement for $418.50, less $50.00 co-pay, balance of 368.50. Called my insurance and was told I was out of network??? Called Tarrant Neurology and asked if they verified my insurance before my appointment. They told me yes BUT…. They didn’t realize their contract had canceled with my insurance company on 10/01/2020; my appointment was on 10/21/2020 and that I would be responsible for the whole amount! They did tell me they could discount the charge to $169.90 + the $50.00 co-pay already paid!! I feel like they own me $418.50 for time spent and mental health! 😵‍💫

I would give 0 stars if possible. They are practicing billing fraud and will rip you off. Drove an hour to get to my last appointment and was told I had to pay $600. Called to verify my insurance was covering it all. 100% coverage, when I told the lady at the front desk she tried to tell me “oh it’s because we have a different injectable so we will need to order it and reschedule.” So I did, 6 weeks later I’m back and this time they try to charge me $400. I’m like what for? They were trying to charge me for an “admin fee” and some other charge. I was told they would look into it while I waited. So I waited and waited… I called my insurance again to verify and they said the appointment and injections were covered 100% and I shouldn’t pay anything. So I told the lady that. She’s like “fine.” So they have me sit. My appointment was at 9… at 1030 I’m at the desk asking how much longer? I’m told another 15-30 mins. She tried to tell me they are super backed up but mind you I had been in the waiting room watching everyone else come and go. Nobody waited but me. I lost it. They were purposely having me sit and wait so that I would leave. Since I refused to let them screw me over like they probably have so many other people they wanted me to give up and leave. That place is a total scam and the billing manager is super sneaky and dishonest. She puts on a smile and pretends like she’s not trying to screw you over but never would explain what these charges were for. I’ll be reporting them for billing fraud and highly suggest you run far away from this place!
