Very curious and helpful staff and willing to lend a hand with whatever needs to be done to get your clothes right

I'll give four stars for the washing machines. One star for the dryers. Two stars for the hours of operation. 3- things I could do to improve the place. 1- the store needs to be open till midnight..! 2- the dryers need to be fixed and not running good enough. It takes too many quarters to dry your clothes. 3-. Clean the lint traps every 2 hours or every 3 hours at least..! If the lint traps are dirty full of lint it will take longer for the clothes to dry...!!

The place just reopened and its been a big improvement! All the machines now take credit cards or coin. It is clean and the attendant is very helpful!

This is a clean place, but BEWARE. Their machines are prepaid cards operated. They DO NOT offer special directions needed to avoid overpaying. SHAME ON THE OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT!! They are clear on not offering a refund if you leave your card in the machine too long. It will just keep taking money out of your card balance. You must quickly pull out the card AFTER you hear the click NOWHERE DOES IT MENTION THAT. I told the attendee and he snickered and said "too bad." This is a terrible way to run a business. I paid 15 dollars too much for laundry. EDIT: I appreciate the management responding quickly. I have to go by there now since I still have a card with a balance on it and need to dry the clothes. There is also something I want to add... Its posted that the last load needs to be in the wash by 8:30. I did have all my loads in by then. However with 5 large trash bags full of laundry, I had planned on using multiple dryers to get loads dry. I finished all my wash by 9:10. I wanted to dry the clothes, but the attendent kept complaining how he had to sweep up after me... there were some clothes that had lots of dust on them and some straw. I picked up what I saw, but the dust was on the floor. I offered the attendent to take a broom and clean it upo, but he said no, yet insisted on complaining and reminding me he was "helping me out." In no uncertain terms he made it clear he did not want me to take tyhe time to dry the clothes. He had the idea that I wouldn't finish on time, even tho' I had an hour before close. BOTH sets of door were locked by 9 and be just kept circling around me and staring at me. It was obvious he was more interested in getting out of there on time than letting me finish. He seems to be a decent man and a good worker, but sadly lacks on customer service. I am from another state and was only there to wash all the clothes of my 82 yr old Mother. I really do not have the time to go back to dry them but I need to... and hopefully they do not smell soiled from sitting wet in a garbage bad in my car all night. I really hope for the attendant's sake he did not cause me to waste $52 washing clothes only to wash them again since he was impatient. I am on my way over there now. We will see.

We have a mechanic that makes his rounds and we will get him over there Monday. Thanks
We are still trying to get PNM to turn the power back on and the gas company to turn the gas back on, though neither of those were affected. As soon as that happens we can have a fire restoration company come in to get rid of the smoke smell patch the drywall and so forth. Right now as I just said we are waiting on PNM end of the gas, we at the laundromat have hustled to do our part to open up as soon as possible. At best guess we will be open next week. We apologize for the inconvenience.
