Omg a horrible experience to say the least. My 5.75 machine decided it was not going to do last spin; no one was there to help me.. then someone else's machine next to mine started leaking profusely, again NO workers. I called the 'emergency' number I was told, 'wow, how horrible ,I will call the owner and let him know...' well the entire time I was there and I was there over an hour just drying my clothes... the load that never did last spin was soaked dripping wet, so I had to keep drying that load... never saw one person come to rectify the problem. The place was disgusting, and just kept getting worse. They need to have workers there while the doors are opened... it's 24 hrs have some workers there 24hrs. In response to the owner's response, yes I was at your laundromat. The one in the shopping center San Pedro off Zuni, by Mesquite, Perhaps I did have the hours incorrect. However I cannot believe that is the only thing you took away from my review.. You did not even address the fact that's the fact that all your machines are broken no workers are there, I was there total of 2 and a 1/2 hours and that entire time not one worker was there. You might be is it be in a poor location however that does not give you the right to treat your patrons like 3rd class citizens . We are still paying customers we deserve to be treated as such. And if you're having problems with the rent and all of that then do yourself a favor and pull your laundry mat out of there perhaps somebody will put a better one in its place. Because as it sits service to anyone.. It is a disgusting place.

I love the larger machines, great for down blankets, duvets and generally the right size for big loads the dryers are dependable to dry throughout

Only a handful of dryers work and there isn't any kind of attendant there going to start giving somewhere else even if I have to pay to dry my clothes than I know they will get done quicker
