Got there to be told I could only see a banker to open a new account for our son by appointment only, no appointments today and you had to schedule online. You lost a customer to the bank down the road who took us right in and has much better account options.

Absolutely horrifically slow drive thru service EVERY time I go there! The commercial line is stagnant to where 3-4 cars go through the regular line and I'm still stuck in the commercial line. I've left this location so many times due to such a long wait. This issue really needs to be addressed.

20 plus years with Wells Fargo and I couldn't get a solution to my problem with a massive check. I'm Absolutely horrified with the teller service I received here. I dont even want to put my cash in a safe deposit bc if they can pull this, what are they really capable of. It's scary.

I've never had an issue with this location before. I usually have really small deposits and I've been told in the past that if the commercial lane is busy, I can just go through any other lane. Today the commercial lane wrapped around the building and people in the parking lot were blocked in. There was 2 open lanes so I went to one of those. Usually I'm greeted with, "hi, just a deposit today?" This time was different. I sent up my deposit and while I was waiting, I over heard the teller telling other customers, "sorry, its going be a few. Someone went through one of these lines with a commercial transaction.." After waiting 30 minutes and after she helped a bunch of other customers that showed up after me, she finally tells me, "I'm working on your transaction now. Next time you have a commercial transaction, make sure you go through the commercial lane or come into the bank." I'm a District Manager for an insurance agency and customer service is extremely important to me. People who treat customers with that kind of attitude have no business doing customer service!

They are running the bank on a skeleton crew, and they do not answer the phones. Hey it's Wells Fargo can't expect much from them.
