My wife and I eat here everytime we come to Albuquerque. I actually used to work at the location on coors northwest. Food is still good and chili is still hot.

I am unsure if there is ever a manager at either locations (the location in Albuquerque and the one located in Rio Rancho) because the service unprofessional more times then not. I tried placing and order over the phone and the employees don’t answer. I even arrived at the location stood in front of the cashier waiting to order while I was calling them and no one answered, tried to answer or even turned the volume up on the phone. When I asked her if they no longer take orders over the phone she claimed they did and walked away stating “she would be back”. I understand after Covid the quality in service in a lot of industries have gone down, but if you dislike your job this much to not want to deliver the full service and have an attitude, by all means no one is forcing anyone to have/keep their jobs. This has happened to me more then once at this location. I have decided to no longer give my service to Bobs Burgers anymore because of it. When I’ve asked to speak to a manager I get told “the manager has stepped out” and never receive a call back. I can’t even call to talk to the manger because they don’t answer the phone.

Me and my boyfriend ordered take out here the other day. The tortilla burgers are delicious. The only downside was that the overall restaurant seemed a bit old school. For example, there was no rewards or points system like most businesses have for being a frequented place. There was no drive though. I love Bobs burgers but I think there is room for improvement.
