Theater is excellent but the sound is painfully loud. All four members of our group had to wear earplugs today to enjoy a movie. Had we not had these, there would have been no way we could have stayed for the movie. Please consider the volume level when there aren't enough patrons in the theater to absorb it all. It becomes too much to make for an even tolerable experience.

Good Clean good food drinks. Bad No ac in theater 5. Very HOT with A lot of people. When we were waiting for the credits. Cleaning crew were shouting evacuate theater. Then we’re mad and cussing when we didn’t.leave. Waiting for the after credit next movie bits. Very hostel and uncomfortable.

I remember their place being built when I was living in Charlotte. Strangely enough I never went there. ...until today. The 2 employees I interacted with we're helpful and courteous. The building, entranceway, and initial lobby are extremely dated and worn. However the theater (16) I watched a movie in was nice by today's standards. The aisles were clean, the seats were comfortable and in great repair. The screen was in great shape and sound system was more than adequate. The ticket price of 12.50 for an early afternoon show was a bit much, but I would go there again.

Wasn't able to enjoy movie theaters as a kid being I'm Deaf/Hard of Hearing. Once my daughter put me on to AMC theaters I've been hooked on the experience! Best thing of all they show there movies with closed captioning in the picture. I can now follow along with the movie and enjoy the same experience as regular Hearing people. Felt like a kid all over again!
