Had surgery scheduled for August 31. He postponed until September 7th. Then canceled completely and left me hanging. Now no where to be found.

I give two stars because Dr. Dean is GREAT, we seen him when he was at Mercy, but now at Medstar it has taken me almost two months to schedule an appointment and still nothing, the first call i made was on 7/10/2022, about a week later the secretary returned my call and had the dr send over an order for an MRI, the MRI was scheduled on 7/12/2022, the results showed up in myPortfolio 7/13/2022, I never received a call to schedule an appointment. I called on 8/15/2022 to see what was going on and again someone was to call me back to schedule the appointment, here we are 8/25/2022 and still no appointment and now when i call they have no record of anything. Unfortunately we need to go find a new dr. that is significantly less difficult to schedule an appointment with. SAD!

Dr Dean and his staff were polite and courteous. Staff explained the process and took time to answer any questions as did Dr Dean.
