A wonderful theater hiding in plain sight. You can purchase tickets at the outside windows in safety. Dave is a fantastic Greeter and well versed on the Ayrsley Grand Cinimas and it's Town of Ayrsley. The 12 room theater is in great shape. Some theaters have reclining chairs. Concession Stand is well stocked with the usual, plus soft pretzels, hot dogs, beer and wine. They even have Icees. Popcorn and drinks are refilable. Restrooms are cleaner than most. Employees are the friendliest. 😄

We've been stuck in Charlotte for almost 24 hours due to a storm and cancelled flights. The staff at Ayrsley Grand Cinema was the friendliest and most hospitable people we've seen since our plane landed. Keep up the good work!

I had the best experience at this theater! We went to see Jurassic Park. The movie was okay, but certain staff members are what will keep me coming back here. Josh provided unparalleled service! He was attentive and helpful, as well as very kind. I believe he truly sets the standard for employees here. Amazing.

Zero stars should be an option! Completely disappointed! Not enough staff to help guests. The ones working were not helpful. Couldn't find which theater my movie was showing, guy behind the counter said he didn't know which movie was being shown in their theater rooms. I walked into each room, looking for something familiar. Once I found the movie I paid for- with reserved seating-, I walked in to find other guests in my reserved seats. When reported to staff, they did not offer to help. I asked for a refund at this point (movie had already started). I was given a portion of the amount paid. When asked for help on how to get a full reimbursement, the manager on duty stated, "I'm not sure how that works. We suggest you contact the seller." The end. No more help. I will never return to this theater and request others do the same.
