If I could give zero stars I would. The only perk to living here is my nice neighbor :) . Otherwise I do not advise moving here.I do not even know where to start. I have not been here a full year and living here has been a headache. First these apartments are OLD. Every week something is breaking down. I have already had issues with a broken microwave, broken dishwasher, ac not working, not to mention the horrible paint job! They painted white over the previous brown cabinets which chip and peel on a daily basis. I have complained about it and still no one has come to fix anything. Appliances in your apartment not working? Well, good luck with trying to get maintenance to fix it. They are so busy fixing the out dated air conditioning in other units that other things are just not priority. And trust me the front office will remind you of that. Every-time I go up to the office the lady in the far back office constantly tells me that my request are not priority and that I can expect to wait for things to be fixed. Of course she does not take these request seriously. Which means we go weeks with broken appliances. Want mail delivered to you in a timely manner? Think twice about moving here. Packages get lost regularly. So much so that I have had to purchase a PO Box to have my important mail sent to because I don’t want to risk losing important packages. On one occasion maintenance changed my mailbox lock for some odd reason. I complain about it. They give me new keys for the wrong mailbox! 0 out of 10 would not recommend. How are these even close to being considered luxury apartments? ———— Update: I reached out to the property manager and still have not heard anything for months. Anyone thinking about moving in reconsider. You will save yourself the hassle and everyday headache. Trust me.

This place is awesome! I lived here for 1 year and the location is perfect with tons of shopping within walking distance. The apartment and grounds were kept in great shape and the leasing office as well as maintenance team were kind and attentive. Highly recommend this apartment community!

We have stayed in this community for close to 18months, and without any doubts I would term this one the best community I have ever stayed at. We have very supporting and understanding staff in Leasing office. That itself make a good reason to move-in there. I would like to share one of my experience: I had completed my 12 month stay and extended my lease for another 13 months with very nominal increase in rent. All was going well, but due to some personal challenges I had to terminate my lease prematurely. At that moment Stephanie helped us a lot in navigating through the transition. Management gave us multiple options to lower our financial burden. Overall it made the lease termination process a pleasant and wonderful experience. Thank you Stephanie and to everyone from the management team. A strong recommendation from my side.

Advertised price was 1160$ and after completing online profile, apartment wasn't available and price went up to 1550$. Great job, but no, thx. Update: price was on official site.
