This place is a joke!!!! You are charged amenity fees, valet trash and gate access and none of these work. The gate has been broken for months and as a single individual I don't feel safe. My trash sits out for days and no one picks it up. The pool is shut down, the workout room is under construction and the laundry room is shut down permanently. An email was sent out a month ago regarding the option to rent machines and I'm still waiting. The rent was raised however the living standards went down. I am currently in an old apartment paying $1500/month and when I asked about upgrading to a renovated apartment that is the same price, you guys wanted to charge a transfer fee plus another application and registration fee. I don't have a problem with paying for amenities but this is robbery when none of the amenities are available for use. I have been a tenant for 3 years and things just get worse. I have asked to speak to corporate and the office staff refused to give me the number.. If you are doing nothing wrong why not share?

I met with Destiny to view a 3BD 2 1/2BA Townhome. She was very informative, and I enjoyed her personality!! Great customer service overall, and definitely have plans on returning!!

She’s very understanding and easy to communicate with, she doesn’t rush us out just because she has others ahead. She took her time with us as the past people haven’t. We thank her for helping us, we’ve been trying to get in contact with the one lady who has been helping us since our move in and no luck so thank you destiny!

Hands down one of the WORST places to stay in the University area of Charlotte. They are never prompt with requests. My hot water goes out every month, my alarm doesn't work. The drywall is bubbly again, it smells like mold in my bathroom. Money missing from when maintenance entered my apartment without me there. I made them aware that I wanted to transfer units MONTHs before my lease ended only for them to tell me it's too late to do so at the end of the lease smh. PLEASE AVOID MOVING HERE.

It depends on the layout they have available and if you get an attached garage. Prices when I was there ranged from $1100-$1600 for 2 bedrooms.
