This is such a beautiful community! I am actually new to Charlotte and Ponderosa was the first on my list due to the location. I was able to learn more about the property from Dara, who was extremely informative and professional! I am hoping to make this place my new home!!

Although they did not have any 1 bedroom’s available. Staff was helpful with giving me all the info on the next availability. I may reconsider taking a 2 bedroom if a 1 bedroom doesn’t come available any time soon.
