Be aware these Apartment’s are riddle in black mold . The office team does not care about you or the conditions of the apartment. Very dangerous that they are well aware that all the units have black mold but will still take you’re money . Not worth the price at all you can most deff get something safer ,cleaner for about $100 more . Complex it self is in disgusting condition theres a bunch of cat bug if I can give it no starts I will . DO NOT MOVE HERE !

I just moved in here. My apartment had been remodeled, so there were a few things that had to be fixed, but these things were taken care of ok. Communication from the office was great. We are still waiting for the pool to open but they say it will be soon. Seems like a family-friendly community. I appreciate that they allow pets.

Great customer service by the leasing agent Sergio, I stop by the office to see if there was any available units to move in by July the first and Sergio explain to me that there nothing available until August which made me sad but Im looking forward to see if something opens up soon to try to apply.
