I am currently a resident of the SouthPark Morrison APT that is well professionally managed by Olympus Property (OP). The OP team is always caring for every resident in the apt and responsible for the amenities of the building. Besides, the house repairing staffs quickly respond to our request and work perfectly on the issues in your apt. I love to live in the SouthPark Morrison apt.

I have had the delightful experience of having the most pleasurable dealings with such a phenomenal young lady Kayla. I don’t even know where to begin. Besides her warmest personality, her integrity she exudes ,professionalism &her kindness I have to say especially in this day and age it’s so above and beyond appreciated and so very needed in this world we have all been forced to endure. She just knows exactly what to say, how to act and she’s just the whole entire package. I actually feel like I have known her for years. I am very business oriented myself , have traveled all over the world when I was a flight attendant long ago. I’ve been fortunate to also have the opportunity to own a couple of businesses and with this pandemic as it’s hurt most of us in so many ways, emotionally, physically and it’s hurt us all over this whole world. So on this subject I was beyond disappointed to hear that a $222 fee has been added onto the rental prices. Actually I’m simply stunned. I cannot tell you how this has now turned me possibly away from renting an apartment in your complex. For your information I also have 3 other friends who also were interested in this development as well. I’m sorry I’m a typical New Yorker and I don’t ever mince words or say what people want me to say. Especially during this crisis this pandemic we are still very much in and far from over this ,&for sure isn’t the time to add extra costs added onto rentals. Especially now, if we all can’t treat people with kindness, having a heart helping people catch their breath, have the chance to catch their breath come up for air try to rebuild make it easier on each human being for that’s who we each are,my goodness if not now then when.? Why does it always have to be about the money.? While I will say Kayla is simply a phenomenal classy young lady you are lucky to have her represent your company, nobody can do it better then this young lady who trust me is in a class of her own. These new charges sorry are absolutely pathetic and I was ready to move into this place that I fell in love with. After this though, I’m beyond taken a back. I think it’s so sad to do this to people who have not only lost loved ones, many lost their lives, children, wives- husbands etc , their jobs & more then all this they lost their dignity, spirit and HOPE. You can never put a price a sum of money ( if you will on this AT ALL) Not ever. It cost nothing to show compassion, kindness to have a heart which we all need so very badly all of us, in one way or another. I’m truly beyond disappointed and so very disheartened to have heard this. Timing in life is everything this for sure isn’t the time to add more onto a rental that I for one felt already at home without yet even haves moved in. in. As for Kayla she’s a gem. As for this decision well let’s say I hope you decide to do away with this it’s wrong and not kind to say the least, I’m absolutely just stunned and beyond disappointed. I’ve held off on writing this review because I wanted to make sure it was a “lived in” review. I’ve now been living here for a bit over 2 years now and love it! My apartment is spacious, the finishes are nice, the appliances and cabinetry are quality, and, due to the concrete and steel construction, it is so well insulated and quiet compared to most places, probably because these apartments were originally built to be condos. This also means the floor plans have a bit more variety than your typical complex, which I love! The gym and pool may not be as “shiny” as some of the newer places but they work just fine and are well taken care of! All the common areas are clean and well maintained. While they don’t have their own dedicated garage (unless you pay for the private parking), I’ve never had an issue finding a space in the retail parking deck. And of course the area is great! Walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, and even Southpark Mall. The maintenance staff are awesome! They are always quick to come out (usually next day) and fix whatever the problem is. The front staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. The only “downside” I’ll mention is that the utilities were more than I was expecting because, while they technically don’t charge for a trash valet, they do charge a regular trash fee and a small HOA fee which is a little weird for an apartment. I think it goes back to the built-to-be-condos thing. But as long you’re aware of that, then it’s a non issue!
