Very unorganized. First encounter: I called to schedule an appointment to view one of the 2 bedroom units. I was told they had a model 2 bedroom to view. As i arrived on time for the appointment the leasing agent was 30mins late and told me there was no model unit to look. I was told in a weeks time there should be a 2 bedroom unit to view Second encounter: I called to schedule another appointment and asked if there was a 2 bedroom unit available to view. I was told yes. I then asked “are you sure?” And i was told “yes, there is one for you to view today”. As i arrived for my appointment, i was told there was not a 2 bedroom unit to view but there is a 1 bedroom to view. I left extremely upset and certain to never return again this time. A complete Waste of time. I could have been informed over the phone that there was no units to view rather than drive there TWICE to be told there is nothing available to view. Lack of communication between staff members and disregard of potential residents time. If you are not sure if there is a unit available to view, take the time to find out, go ask questions or actually look. Don’t just tell me there is one when there wasn’t.

Very spacious apartments. Very clean and maintained. Perla is excellent and very vigilant in meeting all needs of the tenants. She was very helpful in arranging apartment at the last moment too!

Thought I was relocating to Charlotte when I toured here and work ultimately said otherwise. That said, the property was very nice and the staff, especially Sabrina, were super accommodating. The upkeep of the property was one of the best I saw while touring and the location is tough to beat - 10 minutes to the best parts of Charlotte regardless of direction. If I ever do end up in Charlotte this property will be my top choice!

The company claims luxury apartments, but don't be fooled as there's nothing luxury about this place. When I moved in, there was zero cleaning done in the apartment or in the garage. My garage didn't work and still doesn't to this day. The carpets in the apartments are nasty. The grounds and common areas at this complex are absolutely terrible. This can be shown by the new look their going for with the mountain of trash.. this happens weekly. Over priced, dated and gross apartments with terrible conditions all around. Look elsewhere for somewhere to live.
