Jamie was my consultant when I moved across country and she made my moving experience very easy. The whole staff at spectrum is very nice and the location is perfect.

This is a gorgeous community that is centrally located in the perfect area of Southend. Our leasing agent, Jamie, has been very responsive, helpful, and a great community reference. Highly recommend touring this apartment community at bare minimum if you are looking for a place in South End.

Update: rent increase of 13% a year without upgrading the apartments/grounds is ridiculous. Rude staff, rude residents. I really enjoyed my time here until the last year when several leasing agents left and the replacements have been lack luster at best. Do yourself a favor and consider the countless other newer places close by that are the same price point. I moved into Spectrum South End a little over a year ago and it has been such a great place to live. I love it so much I renewed my lease. The staff, especially Nicole, is so friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The price is a steal to be on one of the hottest streets in SouthEnd. You have Sycamore, Pins, QC Pour House, Elsewhere, Superica, Hawkers, Barcelona, Zepplin, Common Market, The Dunavant, Bang Bang, Tyber Creek, O-ku, Dilworth Tasting Room, Jennis all within a 2 block radius. The building itself does not carry too much noise. This is definitely a dog friendly complex. I highly recommend living here.

I have lived at Spectrum South End Apartments now for over three years and recently resigned my lease for a fourth year. I can honestly say as far as apartment living goes, it doesn’t get much better than this place! I absolutely love it here. The location is easily on of the best in South End and for the price, it’s hard to beat! The staff has always been so accommodating and friendly! Nicole, who is the property/community manager, is amazing and is so quick to assist with any issues you might encounter with apartment living. The pools and gym are clean and not overcrowded. The dog park and large fenced-in areas make this place super dog friendly for all types of pups! If you’re on the fence about living here, I would say- don’t be! I’m calling this place home until I get my own house, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my time here!
