I just moved into this property and my experience has been remarkable thus far! Jeff was and has been nothing short of amazing throughout my entire move in process as well as whenever I have any random inquiries regarding my unit. The property is clean and well kept and my unit was spotless on my move in day. It’s so quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood as well. 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend this neighborhood to anyone apartment hunting in the area! Thank you guys!

DON’T MOVE HERE!!!! This is a terrible place to live!! DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CONNED INTO PAYING MORE FOR RENT THAN THE CONTRACT INITIALLY STATED!!! Everything was great before the new company took over the management and the new company never even informed us about the switch causing us to be hit with almost $1000 in late fees and on top of that THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME THE FULL AMOUNT OF RENT FOR THE LAST 10 DAYS of my lease!!! Literally an apartment that is just out to scam their residents!!! Plus, their gates never work for them to say it’s gated is wrong cause that’s false they don’t work!!! Don’t live here you’ll thank me later for not wasting you any time with this place!

I’ve lived here since they built the complex. I’m having to use a burner account because I don’t want them to retaliate. We’ve gone through 3 property management changes in 4 years. I had zero problems with the first two sets, but the current set is rough. I can’t even say all of them are, because James and the manager are lovey. Hannah is a rude stereotypical blonde mean girl. She doesn’t know how to talk to other pretty girls without her insecurities showing. Always smacking her teeth and saying passive aggressive comments under her breath. Very condescending. It doesn’t help the rent has gotten ridiculously high but the quality of the complex has gotten worse. No new amenities, no one cleans anything, and it’s hard to get an answer from the office about anything. I hate that I’m stuck in this lease. I feel like we should have had the option to terminate the lease each time we’ve had a new property owner. So over this place and so incredibly ready to get out of here.

I've been here since they first put them up. We've gone through 2 management companies and are now on our 3rd. Rent has gotten tremendously high. The plus side is, Hannah! She's been a saving grace for me. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. She's gotten things done for me. She's always in the office, she should actually be the property manager! I want to renew my lease but the way the rent is going up don't know if I want to! Hannah has assured me that things will change and I trust her!
