The pool is open to the public, and the surrounding areas know this and take advantage. People crash the pool to throw parties ALL the time. If you enjoy paying a lot of money for things other people use for free, this is the place for you.

This place was horrific as far as being a nasty community. Carpet in the hallways which are outdoors is probably the WORSE idea ever. They smell awful and have so many visible stains. Our apartment also had mold and me and my roommate basically chose to never be there because of it. Roaches were found while moving… Move out day was one of the most exciting days of my life… and some of the people in the office? SHEEESH. I’ve also heard of cars getting items stolen and it being unsafe environment.. I will however give this place two stars, Adam was amazing while he worked there and I saw he tried really hard to make it a better community (asking almost the impossible), upgrades like the Luxor were nice and the events while Adam worked there were nice too. He got promoted away (rightfully so) and the place was already barely holding on and it’s doomed now. Live literally anywhere else 🥴 I wish I would of read a review like this before signing!

Let me just start by saying I am a current resident here. Over the past couple weeks there has been a homeless man sleeping in front of my apartment or the apartment next to me. We have notified the leasing office and the response was rude and negligent. They made it very clear that they are aware that he has been sleeping on property and in the bathrooms near the pool/gym. We have called the police several times along with other residents who have encountered this man but nothing has been done. The only request we had was for the leasing office to send out an email to other residents so that everyone was aware of someone trespassing and loitering around the halls RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR HOMES. They brushed off our request and nothing was done. I leave my home in the morning when it is still dark, this makes me feel incredibly unsafe. For the first time today the man was awake and sitting on the wall opposite my door with his belongs and bike with him. I live on the second floor. He attempted to talk to me and began standing while I was racing down the hall to my car. Again police were called and the apartment will not do anything. Aside from this major issue be prepared for your car to broken into, dinged up in the parking lot , and to meet a new face in the leasing office every month, the turnover here is worse than anything I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your time or your safety.
