This is a very nice clean community of people. With plenty of parking and area to drive through it is nicely designed.

I love it here! I've been here for a year now. The manager is awesome; my calls are returned promptly and concerns are taken care of quickly. It's quiet and peaceful; no loud parties or obnoxious neighbors. I love the location. The units themselves are great. Mine has updated carpeting and a nice tan paint instead of white. There's tons of storage for someone like me who likes her stuff. Garage, closets, closets, and closets. Lots of room for my giant sofa. Kitchens are a little dated but it's an efficient space to cook in. My only gripes are the stoves aren't that great and the windows can get drafty. But hanging up some heavy curtains has cut down on that a lot. And with the various apartments I've lived in over the past ten years, those are small complaints. When it's time, I'll be sad to leave!

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and it feels like home. My rent did not increase when I signed my 2nd year contract and was given a free carpet cleaning. It is a friendly community of people who respect each other's privacy and wave as you pass by. I have met and have established several friendships while living here. Management and personnel are always professional and respond to any concern in a timely fashion. Concerns such as the dryer not working or the faucet being slow, typical home issues. The walls can be thin sometimes, but what apartment community isn't? I would recommend living here, 5 minutes from country or city living.

It's a great place to live. It's quiet and the neighbors are all friendly and respectfull. They have no problem raising the Rent on you once your first contract is over. It's expensive to move but if the rent goes too high next time we will be forced to find something less expensive.

Questions & Answers

How much for a 2 bedroom unit?

Elizabeth Rowe | Aug 19, 2018
Jeanette Hieter | Aug 19, 2018

It is $1,425 for a side unit town home with 2.5 baths with a gas fireplace. It is cheaper for unit that isn't a side unit without a fire place. Cheaper for a unit that is a single level. All units have one car garage.

Do you have studio apartments? And if so, how much? And how much for a 1 bedroom? Available October 1st this year?

There are not studio apt here. Only one and two bedroom. But you need to reach out to management to check availability.
