they don't have anywhere anybody can park they got 10 people living in one home and they got so many cars that you can't even drive through there .

My brother is the manager at this mobile home park. He and the owner have worked to get undesirable tenants out. Most of the tenants (they buy the house and rent the plot) are now good neighbors and there are lots of them. It is nearly if not completely full. (Lots of kids.) The age of the mobile home park makes it difficult when something breaks but they do get the job done.

I believe we were the last renter there. The owner is about selling not renting.. She sold are unit over a yr ago. Good luck,renting,though she may have lease to own available. Be for warned they are going to be wishing roads in the next few years and Vanridge units will either be bought out by the state and or sold by the owner.
As far as I know it full up unless someone moved out in the last yr and a half,I think the rent space was like 440,but I'm not sure. The families there have been there for yrs,most good people. Managment ok. It isn't a very big park
