DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here over the summer and they are now trying to charge me $400 for a broken window even though I have provided explicit proof that the window was not broken upon my move out. I am not going to accuse them of malicious intent, but they are very stubborn about the charge even though I provided proof that I am not at fault.

We have a Garage Lot. One-time $25 parking fee per resident. Residents will receive one parking pass and one visitors pass. Additional guests can use the Park Mobile App to park in the garage, or pay to park in the gravel lots next to the building.
