I've been to most of the areas smokeshops and none compare to this location. They carry many exclusive products that I can't find anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. The manager Kareem always greets everyone with a smile and great customer service

horrible establishment to work at, they have no direct deposit only checks, they will hold your paycheck days after payday, and my final check was about $200 short. Overpriced and horrible management stay away!

This stores manager is completely rude to both their employees as well as their customers. They claim that items are missing and they are going to take them out of your check but it’s due to the fact that they are broke and can’t afford to pay their employees. They give you your check on Friday after they make sure there are enough funds in the bank so that the check doesn’t bounce, and then you can’t cash it but have to deposit the following day. The manager speaks to the employees with utter disrespect and defiantly has little man syndrome! I would not give my business to this store or their other location Fog City Vapes!
