I'm a new resident at 200 Braehill. I recently had an amazing experience with your maintenance team. I am extremely pleased with the repair work done on my apartment today. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel and Lyndon, two of your maintenance specialists. These repair specialists did such a great job I felt the need to reach out to someone in acknowledgement of their above average work ethic. I must say I couldn't be happier. Their professionalism, skill set and attention to detail is what I hope to see more of here at 200 Braehill. They are extremely thorough. Most importantly they took the time to do it right and not just put a Band-Aid on issues. They were super courteous and respectful of my place of residence as well. If able, I would like to personally request them both as my regular maintenance men. I hope this review finds itself in the right hands. Work ethic like this needs to be acknowledged. I truly hope it will be. They made me extremely pleased with the repairs done to my home. I am definitely motivated to renew my lease at the end of term. 5-Stars! Sincerely, Marquisa Grucza

I would like to give a shout out to the office staff at Harlowe. We started off rocky due to being frustrated with ongoing maintenance issues and lack of competent staff in the maintenance dept. but we know it’s not the ladies fault. The new mangers, Property mngr Tranisha and asst mngr Jacquelyn have been nothing short of amazing throughout this whole transition process. We would like to give them their flowers and say we appreciate the hard work. We hope maintenance can get fully staffed so these ladies can catch a break. Thank you to the two office managers, you are appreciated.
