Called Helping Hands and they were able to fit me in very quickly! I didn’t even call anyone else. Professional and friendly on the phone; Chris and Dakota did a FANTASTIC job! They were kind and careful! Responded with “yes sir, thank you sir”.. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you for helping take the stress of moving off my plate!

After working for this company fkr the last 6 months I have seen a lot of theft. Drug use, and dishonesty. If you want your things to be moved safely and not stelen I highly recomend going elsewhere. If you go through the reviews youll see plenty of positive reviews for me so rest assured I have plenty of first hand experiences with this company. The pictures and tge drug parapernelia found in them.

Worst office person, Kristen. Best movers, Robert & Brad. I’m rating this one star hoping to catch the owner’s attention. We scheduled for service on a Saturday couple weeks before our move. Never received any email or text confirmation after multiple requests. 2 Movers arrived relatively on time on the day of our move. However, we were quoted and confirmed (over the phone) multiple times to have 3 movers. Called the office to confirm what the price is for 2 movers instead of 3. She said it’s $110/hour for 2 instead of $140/hour for 3. We agreed to the change since we won’t be able to schedule with any other company on the same day. It took 5 hours for the move to complete. We were expecting a $550 bill. Mover said the office told them the bill is $705. We called the office together and Kristen picked up the phone. I asked for the break down. She said that it’s $375 for the first two hours and $110 for each hour after. We told her that’s not what we were quoted. She insisted that that is the bill and asked “why are you trying to cheat after the service has been completed?” I told her we were not trying to cheat, and, on the contrary, we felt cheated. She then threatened with “That’s what the bill is. You either pay now or I’m calling the cops.” We did not want to drag it out. Paid the movers in cash. Kristen indirectly cheated the movers out of their tips. Robert and Brad did a great job. They were respectful and communicative from the get go. Hard-working throughout the job. I don’t want to see their livelihood hurt because of their managers/bosses. None of us at the scene could understand why pricing and confirmations are not sent in written forms prior to the movers arriving. And regardless of what the situation may be, accusing customers of being cheaters and threatening to call the cops as a “solution” is the worst form of customer service I’ve received recently. I am a realtor that has 6 more houses closing soon on the same street (new construction). Helping Hands Moving will unfortunately not be getting my recommendation because of Kristen and their lack of transparency.
