This complex should not get starred. For the ridiculous amount charged for rent the safety and security you get here is way below any acceptable standard. My furniture and household items have been damaged by maintenance multiple times and when I addressed the office they reacted slowly with very little regard for me or my family. The current management company which has changed 3 times in the 3 yrs I've been here is by far the worst. I will be leaving soon but want to warn others because safety of this community is not good at all. Apartment was shot up on Tuesday morning with bulletholes (see pics below) are still in my wall today. This alone shows the lack of concern or respect this management company has for its residence. The average rent here is about $1700 and for the amount of safety and security that has been shown I should be discounted $1500. The pool is constantly closed without prior notice so you pay for amenities you clearly don't enjoy. You are being blessed with this review so I hope you receive it in time.

I been here 6 months and I have no regrets! I love the open communication from management. The grounds are very well kept. There is never a parking issue. The gate is iffy but it’s been my experience with any busy community an electronic gate is going to be in constant malfunction. I hope they don’t raise my rent too high bec I want to be here until the real estate market crashes and I can buy a house.

I absolutely LOVE my new home it’s so beautiful! Thank you Alex for such a seamless and effortless experience. I had been looking for the right place and he helped me find it! 😊 He was very quick and helpful throughout the entire process, that I was able to move in right away. His professionalism went beyond my expectations. Once moved in, now everything feels safe and really peaceful! I highly recommend this beautiful community.

I had a friend that worked there who helped them out. Alex is racist. He is the new property manager. He refused to screen black applicants stating their check stubs were fraud without even looking at them. My friend also told me that he refused to let her use the employee bathroom and kept it locked. He told her to use the one that the residents use on the other side of the gym. That toilet had no running water in it. She had to complain about it to him while the old property manager Erica was sitting there. She just made an excuse for him. My friend stated that she felt like she was in the year of the 1950"s. Alex would leave from the property half the day so he would not share a bathroom with her. He would say he was going to the sister property. The prior manager came to the property and he unlocked the restroom for her. That's when she new something was wrong. When she came to the property on the first day the bathroom was unlocked. If a Hispanic or a white person came in to inquire about and apartment he would roll out the red carpet. When black applicants came in he would not speak to them, my friend had to help them. One day he even sent a black women away and made them come back so that my friend would have to help the. I would not rent here. There are some racial issues and a lot of ignorance!
