I have seen worse places! I really don't think the committee is as bad off as the people make it seem to be. Only problem i have is they never in that office! I don't have but like 5 roaches os what i tell mu daighyer lol, she be loke where do i be seeing these mastrious bugs be at! Kids say any thing that come to there mind.. Fewwwwlol

I must say that I can already see a difference in the complex since the new property manager Shalonda has been put in place. She seems to really be working hard to improve things and I'm glad to see things turning around. I really think she is a great fit because she is welcoming and has great customer service. It really makes me feel that she is taking things seriously and wants to improve the complex community for my family and the other residents. Maintenance has been more on top of things and with new management things are getting much better.

Great location, pretty property, tucked away in a nice neighborhood. The new management is doing a good job and cleaning up the property a lot.

Tanglewood Apts is the worse place you anyone can ever live in, the neighbors are ghetto and have no consideration for others, and the receptionist in the renting office don't even care. When I complained about my disturbing neighbors the receptionist said and I quote "I can't tell people what to do in their house" If at all possible do not move here you will regret , I do and can't wait until my lease is over.
