The door installation was great with excellent trim and caulking. The window installation was good until they got to the inside trim and caulking. One trim piece had a gash and they still installed it. The caulking and the corner cuts on the trim were horrible! Gaps in the corners and they only caulked little sections while leaving gaps else where. When I called to complain they said send a picture which I did immediately with no response for weeks. Then one of the owners shows up to take a look and that was over three weeks ago. So their customer service sucks.
