You get a one because there isn’t an option for zero. I’d like to start this review by saying I have never left a negative review of any business in my entire life. I’d also like to say that I understand Tangela, the office manager, does not Deserve all of this to fall on her. This is corporates’ mess. With that being said, I’ve lived here with my fiancé and our toddler for two years now, and we just resigned the lease for our third year by circumstantial force. There has been a rent increase for absolutely no reason other than corporate wants more money- but there have been NO amenities added to the units, no renovations, and no increase in property value. But the complex ensures a monthly movie night with free popcorn, or a food truck here and there. No thanks! I’m sure all tenants would agree that we’d rather have our money go to actual in unit improvements (like mold removal, or new ac units). In the two years, we have experienced weekly water shut offs with little to no notice, mold exposure which causes severe health issues, disgusting living conditions upon move in (which we were told would be fixed, but never were), and an entire building burning down which brought attention to the fact that these buildings are not safe. Our air conditioner unit flooded our apartment due to cleaning neglect, our dishwasher took months to be replaced, and upon replacement we found that the floor was absolutely COVERED in slimy mold. To top it off, we are woken up every morning around 5 am by our upstairs neighbor. She is so incredibly loud not only during the morning, but also throughout the day and evening. She screams at her children, and bangs on their doors constantly. This issue has been brought up to Management at LEAST ten times, if not more, with literally NO remedy. We have documentation of every time management has been contacted, as well as each email of water shut offs ten minutes prior to the water actually being shut off. Needless to say, we’re at our wits end. All they care about is if they get their money, and with the prices increasing THIS far from city center, please consider living elsewhere.

Paper thin floors. Management is nice but never actually addresses real issues. Always a loud neighbor. Water is frequently off, and apartments are extremely un clean. I intend on getting on every apartment review site as well as Facebook group possible, because this place is simply that bad. Steer clear at all cost. P.s items in lease agreement are frequently violated, maybe some legal action is in order.

So let me first start off by saying the staff is very friendly and helpful at times. However, the water is off so frequently it’s inconvenient, the walls and ceiling’s are so thin you can hear conversations from you neighbors, and almost appliances break very soon and very easily. Every time an appliance breaks there is a 10$ fee to fix it which adds up very quickly for their antiquated appliances. I have attempted to email the front desk about issues and they have been unresponsive. I’d steer clear of this place if I could do it over again. Now that I’m stuck in a lease it think I will need to go to the news because the thin floors are simply that bad, to the point of affecting my peace.

Overall, I have enjoyed living here for the past 6 years. Current staff is friendly and maintenance requests have been handled fairly quickly in the past. Shopping is close by so good location. However, the stairs leading up to my breezeway get flooded when it pours - have to walk through puddles so I feel that better drainage is needed. Other than that, I'm very satisfied here and would recommend this apt. complex to a friend.
