Tried to have a new backup display installed however the manufacturer fouled up the order and did not include all options purchased. The radio portion was weak at best as I could only pickup one FM station. JC staff were great and put my OEM system back in my truck and refunded my money. That's why I will rate them excellent, they did right by me. Thanks

After seeing Mr. Kevin this morning getting donuts for his crew/family; I realized that I completely forgot to post this review back from early May. My husband had just traded his truck for a Dodge Charger, and he wanted the windows tinted. Of course, the only place that I've ever used was JC's Customs. They have tinted/worked on all of my cars and I would not have gone anywhere else. However, this review is going to be based off of the owners customer service that he did NOT have to give to me. My car alarm was set back to factory set and I did not know what was going on nor did I know what to do. I had tried everything, including changing the key batteries out. Everyone passing me did not seem to want to help and out of the kindness of a man trying to go home to his family, he stopped and took the time to help me out. I truly appreciate you Mr. Kevin and will continue my business with your company. Thank you so much!

Shout out to Jonathon Mendez for his patience and expertise while helping me find the right set of wheels. I was given more options than I even new was available. Overall the finished product is better than I expected. Dang it, now I want to do more, at least I know where to go!

if your looking for wheel spacers to move the wheels out we can not recommend to do that without us seeing your vehicle. please come in we are open all week
