Now What
I went to Roy and Amico with a couple issues that needed to be handled through the court system. Mr Roy met with me and explained everything to me from start to finish and told me what to expect. Mr Roy is very knowledgeable of the law and made a process that could of been bad into a very stressless and painless process. Both cases that Mr Roy handled for me both were ruled in my favor. I also like to thank Angie very much she kept me informed of everything as it happened and she is very knowledgeable herself . I would use Roy and Amico again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks to all of you Greg

Spoke with Mr. Amico and even though he wasn't able to take my case due to jurisdiction reasons, Mr. Amico was very polite and friendly. He was even able to recommend someone who can help me with my case. If I ever have a family issue come up in the State of FL, I would definitely call Mr. Amico again. Thank you so much for helping me out!!

Highly recommend Roy and Amico Law Group. Mike Amico and his paralegal Karima are amazing! They are down to earth, friendly, and knowledgeable. They treat you like family and will answer any questions you may have at anytime! I gained peace of mind when I hired Mike. Thank you Mike and Karima for all you did for me!

Hey Donna, We do handle custody cases. Give us a call at 863-294-7898 and we can talk more.
We do not handle Federal cases. You should call the Florida Bar at (850)561-5600 and ask for a recommendation or referral. The Federal Courthouse for the Middle District in Florida is in Tampa, I would recommend getting a lawyer in Tampa that does Federal criminal cases.
Hi Chris. Yes. We can work with you on that. We do charge a $80 consult fee. Please call our office at 863.294.7898 to schedule an appointment.
There could be a few reasons. The moher and the father agreed to not establish child support due to an equal timesharing plan and comparable earnings. The child is no longer living with the petitioning parent. Jurisdiction was somehow lost. The parents reconcile. The petitioner requests the State to dismiss the petition... or someone make a mistake. If you want we can look at the paperwork and give you a better answer. A consultation is $80, we can do it at the office, or over the phone or video, whatever works for you. If you want a phone or video consult, then you need to get us the paperwork before the appointment. Call 863-294-7898 to set something up. Hope this helps!
That is a broad question. We deal with personal property as it relates to the equitable distribution of assets during a divorce. If you are looking for someone to represent you in a small claims action, then you need to look up a civil law attorney or you an call the Florida Bar at (800) 235-8619 and ask them for guidance and a possible referral to an appropriate attorney.
That is crazy. They would certainly need to prove that you were served 23 years ago in order to force you to pay any kind of child support arrearage or delinquency. We can help with these type of cases. We do consultations for $80, if you want to set one up call 863-294-7898. Bring any papers you were served with you. Whatever you decide to do, don't ignore it, talk with an attorney and figure out what your next move is.
