I took a friend to get her computer screen turned the the right way. Her cat had taken a walk across the keyboard.we had the extreme fortune to meet Tristan. In less than 3 seconds the screen was righted. He talked in words we could understand. And he has a great personality. Answering all our questions with patience and most importantly..a sense of ease. When I recommend my friends to your shop I will be sure to inform them to ask for Tristan.

I always call first. They let me know when it's a good time to bring it in, usually that day, but sometimes the next day. Once, I had to leave my laptop over night for them to run diagnostics. I hope they are able to fix your issues as quickly as they did mine!

It’s $30 up front and we give you $15 credit from that towards any repair you authorize. Unfortunately we cannot purchase from private sellers as we do not have a pawn brokers license. If you would like us to perform the diagnostic service please visit our Service Center in Winter Haven at your convenience. We are open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. No problem! Unfortunately we do not have a pawn brokers license, so we cannot purchase equipment from private sellers. But we do take donations, and then try to refurbish and pass on to local Charity organizations, schools and churches.
Hi Kyle, thanks for getting in touch. We charge $30 up front (per machine) for a full diagnostic. We check all the hardware and software configuration and can let you know of any problems. If you choose to get the work completed by us, we credit $15 of the diagnostic fee to the repair. Please give us a call if you would like more information, or feel free to just bring the machines in whenever it’s convenient. They will give you an honest answer if you take it in to be seen as to whether worth fixing or not. They have told me both ways and I welcomed their advice.
Get that thing in pronto. Do not use it. They will advise about changing passwords and such.
