I know that Affordable Computer Geeks has done an amazing job in the past! They are honest and will take care of any issues you may have. This online service that you are using sounds very bogus. The only way you should have someone be able to "log" into your computer is a local company like the Geeks... You can't go wrong with them! Best of luck to you!!!
