Logged in 8:30 a.m. Told me they would text or call. Went outside to distance since place was packed. No text or call for 2 1/2 hours. Went in and had to re sign in. Then after 3 hours was finally seen and given idiot treatment by phlebotomist who was very rude and attempted to get me to escalate (although I was calm) and then she told me to leave. Very unpleasant experience. I consider myself lucky since I was concerned she would have intentionally tried to use unsterile technique as spite. Will take my business to Quest.

I went to the 501 location not knowing it was closed so of course like everyone else I seen ended up at the 805 location . Around 7 am this site has at least several people waiting to be seen and I honestly thought it was going to be hours before I could be seen. To my surprise I was called back in a decent amount of time and the ladies were so friendly . These ladies were diligent and working fast but providing friendly and accurate service . My lab tech was Kim . It was a wonderful experience and I appreciate all these ladies for working getting patients in and out . I know being that the 501 location is closed they get an overload of patients but they were very cool about it . Anyone going to the 805 loc. From the 501 just needs to have patience . The people that work are not the ones that decide whether a location closes or not so be kind . Thank. You again to Kim and the team !
