Security not canvas the area regularly because I am still experiencing loud music & rushing of engines from resident's refusing to comply....dogs bark because of the noise. Gun shots randomly heard. Seems like 4th of July always especially after 6 pm once the office has closed. Leaving me with no other option but to move unfortunately.

While looking to relocate to Charlotte, I checked out these apartments. Immediately, it was such a more pleasant experience than any of the other non-responsive leasing offices I had dealt with before. Justin was so helpful in answering questions, keeping me up to date on availability, doing walking tours on different days and making sure I fully knew what to expect throughout the entire process. Although I didn't end up going with Somerset, the interior layout of the apartments are great and Justin set the bar for the kind of leasing experience I'd want going forward.
