I moved in March 15th and to the lady “goddess J who commented , that was me. You are STILL thumping every single day over my head my son just texted me and said he could not sleep because of it! Not only that, I got burglarized while I was in my bed sleeping and they stole everything including my car. The office was NOT helpful at all! I heard that’s a big problem here . I am leaving as soon as my cards get here in the mail from having to be re ordered

From the time we got approved to the move in was great but some lady came to my door late at night talking about thumping from earlier in the day when I was setting up my kids beds. I thought that was very disrespectful. People move and have to put up things so be respectful of that. Other than that Tony and the people at the office has been very helpful but my first night was not okay. I am a very private and calm person and I hope she will not be a problem

My experience went well considering the maintenance man is always pleasant and personable. He always does what is asked in a timely fashion. My frustration is on the corporate end. I moved in almost 3 years ago and since then it has changed management. Everything in my apartment is antiquated and in need of replacement but because I'm not "new" I do not receive replacements. I receive temporary band-aid repairs. Loyalty doesn't account for much. I asked about getting my carpet removed because it was heavily stained and smelled of cigarette smoke (things from the previous renters). I was told that that is not an option as carpets are no longer replaced, but are being switched with hardwood when a resident moves out. I could, however, move into a renovated apartment but of course my rent would double. Just truly disheartening and frustrating.

Please note this review is based on touring and application process but because I found a complex closer to work and didn't wind up renting here. I really appreciated how the office staff went above and beyond giving me the tour, following up etc, returning calls and texts quickly etc. I found the fees and pricing on par with elsewhere and the staff was patient in going into all the details. The 3rd floor apartments with vaulted ceilings are nice and light, clean and smartly laid out for the space. Patios are small but expected for the price point and the storage closet is a nice addition. I was impressed with the friendly residents I met and the fact that I saw children playing outside spoke to the overall safety of the location. Residents spoke highly of nearby schools as well.
