Alex gave me the best move in experience I could ask for! He went above and beyond to accommodate me to sign my lease since I was moving from out of town. Anytime I’ve needed anything fixed they have been very urgent to fix it.

Cedar Flats is by far the best apartment complex I've stayed at. Cedar Street Tavern and 7-11 is a block away. The cemetery is my personal track (not really but it's great for taking a quick run). Nyesha is the best. She communicates very well and is very attentive. I will be renewing my lease for sure.

I walked from Cedar Flats to work at the Foundry each day for a couple of weeks and never once felt that I was in danger. I also walked around to restaurants in the evenings, and it's pretty gentrified.
