This was such a refreshing application / leasing experience. Aisha was very helpful, pleasant and efficient to work with from the very start. I went in to grab my keys and met Mariah, who is very warm and personable. I moved here from Chicago to Charlotte, and I felt very welcomed upon coming to the leasing office for the first time. The office is very clean, well-kept and overall a very beautiful property. Looking forward to making a new life in my new apartment at Radbourne Lakes! Thank you!

Although everybody was helpful, a $150 admin fee plus $70 application fee per person is too over the top. Don't know too many people who would risk that that amount of money only to be denied and money lost.

Radbourne Lake is by far the best spacious apartments that I have seen by far and I walked thru the carpeted and not the hardwood flooring apartment. The apartment actually looked like the inside of a house and not like your regular shoe box apartment. Very nice!
