We’ve been coming to this smash burger for the past two years. My son loves the burger. Service has always been fine until today. Husband ordered two burgers and a fried chicken wings, waited over an hour to get the order. We can understand weekend nights can be busy, but an hour?! He asked three times during the hour and nobody gave him any estimates. At the end of the hour, there was barely anyone in the store and he could see the chicken wings on the counter. Waited another 10min and nobody would pack it up. There was not even an apology for the hour wait. Don’t think we’ll come back.

Went there with my wife and ordered two meals. They brought only one meal and took off the order. I had to go tell them we didn’t get all of our food and they said sorry we closed out the order and must of missed it. Then I ordered tots to go and still didn’t get them 30 min after ordering so I just left. Horrible service.

Halal Guys is a popular usually Turkish food place with emphasis on Halal (Muslim safe to consume). Halal is to Muslims what Kosher is to the Jewish customer. Not defined the same necessarily but safe according to their religious following. Hope this clears sht up. And no its a fkcn burger spot, patties bleed.
I believe so, kids should eat free with a purchase of an adult entree, Tuesdays 4-9 P.M.
