Tony was very helpful and accommodating and address all my purpose of the visit professionaly and fast. He spent a lot of time to review my current account information and offer an available discount (nurse profession discount) on my current monthly plan costs. The new discount would have saved me tons of money long term but I opted to getting a new device (Watch Ultra) and a new line on my plan. But stilll, my monthly costs is still lower than it was and now with a great device that I have been wishing for. What a great deal!!! This is an early birthday gift (October 18) to me and thanks to Tony and his team at the AT&T store at Los Osos Valley Road, San Luis Obispo!

I NEVER review places because you just never know what kind of day someone was having when you met them but Tony was AMAZING and very personable!! We came in with our 4 month old in tow and he was patient while my son was fussy and my husband tried to answer phone calls in the midst of getting an upgrade! He found us the phones we wanted as well as hooked us up with a "spare" phone for our son. All of our material was transferred over perfectly and I would 100% recommend him to someone looking to upgrade with AT&T! Thank you so much Tony!
