Overpriced, package delivery is a nightmare, sketchy craftsmanship in the apartments (our floor is literally slanted). Some hallways smell like urine, some smell like week and cigarettes. Wouldn't recommend

In almost three years of living here, the staff have always been beyond wonderful. Even with the smallest of things, they will go out of their way to communicate anything that I may need to know. The building itself is very well maintained, the rooms are SO quiet (I almost never hear my neighbors unless they are walking by my front door) and the location could not be better (Sugar Creek Parkway will soon be accessible directly from the side of the complex). Thank you to all of the fantastic staff who have helped me over the years! Thank you for all of your hard work in making this the best community possible! I'm grateful for all of my interactions with: Missy, Polo, Steve, Rachel, Amanda, Scott and many others that I've crossed paths with!!! (:

Love this community! Love the staff super friendly and help full. Amanda and Rachel really made me feel at home specially moving from Cali to Charlotte. The location is perfect, and I love all the events. I met the coordinator, Meg I believe was her name is defs a huge plus. 10/10

I've been living at 5115 for just under a year, and I've had a great experience. The community amenities are top notch, and they will soon be adding Google Fiber, so as someone working from home, that's a huge benefit for me. There has been very little turnover in leasing staff since I moved in which makes the community aspect all the more welcoming. Rachel and Amanda are great and have always had time to answer any questions I've had, or got me an answer as quickly as possible. Any issues I've had have been minor and have been handled extremely quickly. These are issues you would expect to have at any apartment complex and are few and far between. The benefit of the close proximity to a grocery store and coffee shop can't be overstated - literally right across the street.
