Replying to the below mentioned comment from the Owner: I have already tried multiple times with you to resolve the issue via Email and on call. To be precise I am following up from 19-Jul-2021, for my refund and from past almost 15 days you guys don't even bother to reply to my emails. Now I am totally frustrated to talk anymore. Stop pasting same reply to all negative reviews. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am having a horrible experience with the people managing this community. I was looking for a community in North side and came across this one on a website. I checked their website and find one 1 bed room apartment on 1st floor. I called the leasing office, asked specially about the railing in the patio, they confirmed me saying that, every apartment have that. So booked the apartment online and paid $245 (Application fee: $80*2 and Admin Fee: $85). To confirm the move-in date, I went to their community next week and found that there is not railing in the patio and the AC unit was just outside patio. I have a 1 year kid and I asked them about the railing, but they simply said, they cannot do anything about it. I decided to cancel my application and asked them for the refund, they said they can only refund my application fee. I asked to refund all, as it wasn't my fault that they gave me wrong information. I guess the they hear the recording my conversion with the leasing office guy and then finally accepted to refund the entire amount. They said it would take around a month to get my check of $245. After couple of week, I received a check of $165, I called and asked about that, they said, they made a mistake and they will be sending another $80 check in another couple of week. It's been more than 1.5 months, I did not receive my $80 check. I sent them so many emails and also called them but no one is bothering to reply to my Email, one person named 'James' talk to me about the issue and assured me that he will check on this and inform me about the status, but it's been another 4 days and I never received any call back. I never had such a horrible experience with any community. The management team and leasing office people are pathetic, they don't have knowledge about their own community and they provide horrible customer service. If you want to avoid all these, never ever take "The Bryce" in your apartment hunting option.

ROACHES and GNATS. My apartment is thoroughly cleaned and well kept. Yet the roaches or "palmetto bugs" (which is a type of ROACH) are PLUS SIZE and appear weekly, sometimes daily. From where, I have no idea. The gnats seem to be an issue with the drains. That is much more manageable with drano and keeping the sink drains plugged. Other than that, the main office staff and maintenance crew is great. But when my lease is up, I am outta here. The persistent insects (even with their pest control treatment) is a deal breaker for me.

Highly Recommended - Reviewed 03/04/2019 We moved in on January 2, 2019, and are already in love with Bexley Creekside. The Staff is exceptional, the ground are exceptional, the maintenance team is exceptional. My only issues have to do with the Neighbors and not necessarily the Neighborhood. People with dogs who look around before picking up after their pooches (if they don't see anyone they walk off) People using the golf course who don't replace divots or repair ball marks. People don't clean the grills after use as well as I would or expect. A few shouting matches over parking. Probably the one that annoys me most is the security gates have people that seem to wait for you to open them so they can cut you off and get through the gate. As soon as the staff is made aware any issues are immediately corrected or addressed by staff. I have already said to my wife that if we won the lottery, there are 3 things I would change about the place and then we would never have to move. 1) The kitchens' use electric instead of Gas, and I love gas 2) I want a golf cart to get around in, and 3) I would put in a Bark Park to give the dog owner's (I am not a Dog Owner) a place to let the dogs run off the leash instead of on the golf course. Honestly, the few issues with the neighbors so far are not annoying enough to make me change my mind about Bexley Creekside. We looked at 20+ luxury apartments communities in Charlotte, this is still the one I want to live in. Fair rents, luxury amenities, exceptional staff and maintenance; what more can one want? A shout out to Matthew from Maintenance who not only does professional and prompt maintenance work, but goes above and beyond by answering my annoying questions about things which I am curious, and to all the Leasing Consultants in the front office who go above and beyond to help residents on a daily basis. Oh and did I mention Free Starbucks Coffee when the offices are open?

It's okay. Some pros: they have a golf course and walking trail available. I would go with the Beaufort Apartment plan. It's more open and inviting with more space. It also has 2 bedrooms, but they are on either side of the apartment. We had the Piedmont which is 2 bedrooms, but with them being in such close proximity, it can seem a bit scrunched in the space going towards the bedrooms. It's a gated community with the occasional police driving through for added protection for residents. The highlights of the staff inside are the leasing professionals. There's one in particular who cared so deeply about our plight and she went above and beyond her duty to help us attempt to switch apartments. We ended up leaving the community in the end, however I want to hug her every time I think about how helpful she was. It's a shame I forget her name. The one maintenance guy who stood out was Ricky, but I haven't seen him around recently, so he may have left. He was talkative, informative and polite. I felt like he knew no strangers and he even seemed to mentor some of the kids in our community. Plus, he makes sure he gets the job done. He even helped us move our furniture up the stairs and would help carry trash. The guy who looks like Chance the Rapper, he always gets his work done quickly and quietly. The staff hold events which are nice to get to know the other residents. There's some room for improvement between management and the residents when it comes to communication about things like the pool being closed, or the doors to the pools not working. The tree cover is cool and adds a nice ambience, however that gives way to bugs (cockroaches - (especially when it rains), ants and spiders). I would just get the placed sprayed for pests before you move in if you're on the terrace or first floor for convenience. Valet trash would be a great option on this property as well. Carrying 2 or 3 bags to the trash by walking to one centralized location can be rough, especially during the extremities of the season. I would also really like to see a park built here for kids. There's a putting green which is great, however, There's 2 of them. One for putt putt style and the other for golfing. I see a lot of children playing with their parents in the putting area, so why not build one? It would be a great selling point for those who drop by since we have so many school age and toddlers in the vicinity. Overall, a nice place to stay. With the improvements, though it could be a even better place to live.
